The cost of a taxi ride depends on the distance and the number of people you want to transport. The further away your destination is, the more costs are incurred in terms of fuel, but also, for example, for the driver’s hourly wage.
However, it is important to know that the further away your destination is, the cheaper the kilometer price will be.
In the reservation tool Book online you can easily calculate what the ride will cost and plan your trip. This means you will not be faced with any unexpected surprises and that is why we would like to emphasize once again that the kilometer rate becomes cheaper with more distance.
Via this link, from the government, you can check for yourself what the maximum starting rate for a taxi is and the maximum kilometer price.
The online reservation is easy to find on the website. The tool is easy to complete, but we have nevertheless prepared a short instruction for this:
- Departure: First enter the location where you want to be picked up. Please note, the tool is precise and you must enter a house number. Click further if you want to make a reservation.
- Destination: now enter the destination of the taxi ride. Here you can choose an address, airport or railway station.
- Details: the date and time will follow and the choice of vehicle and number of people. See also question 1.
The payment method you can choose is ‘cash’, i.e. paying in the taxi, and ‘online’, i.e. paying in advance.
NB: for a decent ride outside our Eindhoven location, we prefer to pay (partially) in advance. - Calculate fare: press the button to calculate the fare. The price is fixed.
- Then fill in your details. Name, telephone number and email address are required.
- Reserve the ride.
- A confirmation will be requested after clicking and you will be redirected to a new page to confirm again. An email has then been sent to your specified email address to validate your ride.
- After validation, the reservation will become active and you will receive a request number. The email is proof of the request and the agreed fare.
Our fleet consists of the following vehicles:
- Volkswagen Touran (station wagon): max. four persons; station wagon
- Volkswagen Sharan (MPV): max. 6 persons
Please note: small luggage compartment. If you have a lot of luggage, such as an airport trip, choose the Mercedes Vito.
- Mercedes Vito (extra long): max. 8 persons
- Mercedes Sprinter (extra long): max. 8 persons
If you would like to transport a larger group, please contact us in advance. Large groups are no problem for us, because we even own a coach.
A final option is to make a reservation for Business Class/VIP transportation. You will then be picked up in a beautiful limousine equipped with all the amenities to make your trip as pleasant as possible. This includes 5G internet, a coffee machine, minibar, and a partition between your driver and you.
We understand that you want to be prepared for your trip and are curious whether all your suitcases can be taken with you.
Below is a brief overview of our vehicles and the amount of liters of luggage space.
1 Volkswagen Touran: 633-743 liters: 4 large suitcases
2 Volkswagen Sharan: 711 – 955 liters: 4 pieces of hand luggage
3 Mercedes Vito: 1410 liters*: 8 large suitcases and 4 pieces of hand luggage
*Depending on the number of passengers transported in the Vito. More passengers means that the back seats are also filled, which means there is significantly less luggage space.
To get an idea, we use the rule of thumb that with a capacity of 400 liters you can take two pieces of hand luggage and a stroller or two large suitcases. The Touran will therefore fit at least three large suitcases and at least two large suitcases and a stroller.

After booking you will immediately receive a clear confirmation via the email provided. In the email you will find our reservation number and telephone number again, with the specified pick-up location and final destination.
Urgent advice to keep the email and show it to the driver as proof of the agreed fare.
